I love the work I do with my patients and clients, but for as long as I've been in business I've been a mom, and I've struggled at times with balancing my role as a doctor and my role as a mother.
The majority of women I meet feel the same! They are working, nurturing their relationships, trying to fit in time for themselves, and still be the kind of mom their children love coming home to. The days are full, and sometimes it’s really tough to do it all, but they still know deep inside that it’s possible to have more fun and feel more fulfilled.

As a mother of two amazing sons, Doctor, Entrepreneur, Lecturer, Podcaster, TV Producer, wife, friend, and daughter I’m constantly switching roles everyday, while also making time to take care of my own health and wellbeing. I’ve been through divorce, lost loved ones, had to give up my business and start all over.
I’ve been through many challenges, but wouldn’t change a thing!
For the past 15 years I have seen women everyday in my practice, and in my personallife with the same challenges and frustrations, and I’ve watched how a few simple words, a little direction, and specific action steps can make a profound impact in their lives.
By adjusting their mindset, nutrition, sleep habits, exercise, self care, and expectations they have found ways to make powerful changes in their lives.
